In Person at our Office
You are welcome to come in and visit us at Suite 12, 395 Nepean Highway, Frankston, VIC 3199 and pay us over the counter via Cash, Credit Card or EFTPOS.

Internet Banking
You can contact our office and obtain the Banking Details for Pollard Insurance Brokers.
Please do not forget to enter the Invoice nunber located on the top right hand corner of your invoice so that we can easily identify the client who has made the payment. Alternatively, you can enter the Client Code as the reference. The Client Code is also located on the top right hand corner of your invoice

Credit Card Payments
You can contact our office on (03) 97836255 to make your Credit Card Payments. You will need to have your Credit Card handy.
The credit cards that we accept are Mastercard, Bankcard or Visa.
When you contact us, you will need to advise us of the Name of the Card holder, the Card Number, Expiry Date of the Card and the Amount that you wish to pay. Once we process the credit card payment, we will send a receipt to you in the mail the amount you wish to pay, the card number and expiry date of the card and name in which the card

Cheque Payments
You can forward your Cheque Payments to PO Box 261, Frankston, VIC 3199.

Direct Debit Payments
Some of our insurance partners offer the option of paying your premiums monthly via a direct debit facility. This payment option does not attract any additional interest nor does it attract an application fee. If you choose to make payment using this option, you will be required to complete a direct debit application form as part of your insurance documentation and send it back to our office. On approval of your direct debit facility, monthly premium amounts will be debited to your nominated bank account

Premium Funding
We can offer you a choice of paying your premium over several months using a finance plan. You will be required to complete an Application Form for approval of the finance. This payment option will attract a competitive interest rate and an application fee. A monthly premium amount including an interest component will be debited to your nominated bank account over the selected period. You have the option of continuing with this payment method at the time of renewal without going through the trouble of completing application forms again.
